Tim Shafer

Director of Field Operations

Tim Shafer started his career at Champion Electric Inc. in 1997 and gained immeasurable knowledge as an electrician, Foreman, and Service Department Manager. In 2016, Tim was promoted to Director of Field Operations. He is focused on using his experience and knowledge as well as that of his staff to ensure that all projects are successful and provide customers with work they can trust.

Tim Shafer has thorough knowledge and experience of the practices, methods, equipment, materials, and tools of the electrical trade as well as extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code for electrical installations and repairs, which he uses to profitably complete numerous projects. He has extensive practice in interpreting and working from instructions, penciled plans and sketches, and blue prints to estimate materials and labor costs as well as communicate and coordinate with clients, subordinates, and vendors to complete projects successfully, on time, and within budget.



Anthony Pagdilao
Field Superintendent


Anthony Pagdilao has over 20 years’ experience in electrical construction. He has supervised work crews on new commercial projects, military bases, hospitals, and HUD Housing. He is skilled in reading blueprints, purchasing, troubleshooting, codes, conduit bending, and slab-on-grade underground.

As Field Superintendent at Champion Electric Inc., Anthony directs the manpower needs and oversees the construction on multiple electrical projects – some of which last several months, some several years. He monitors the safety and efficiency of each project and provides quality control and documentation of all field activity. For each project Anthony identifies potential problems in the planning phase, monitors installation during the execution phase, and ensures that all specifications and requirements have been met in the closeout phase. 

Skilled in managing people, Anthony mentors the Project Foremen and assists in monitoring the scope, schedule, and resources of the subcontractors and works effectively with Superintendents, Engineers, and Inspectors.
