Kevin Shearer
Director of Operations

Kevin Shearer has been with Champion Electric Inc. since 1999 – first as an electrician, then as a Foreman electrician, and later as a Project Manager. In 2010 he became Director of Project Management and joined the Executive Team. Kevin took on the role of Director of Operations in 2020.

Kevin oversees Project Management and the entire field operations of Champion Electric. He works closely with all departments – communicating with the Estimating Department to maintain reliable bids, with Field Operations to coordinate manpower needs, the office at the administration level and the President to keep the company on course financially.

With Kevin's years of experience managing multiple projects, he is especially skilled at developing long-term operational strategies, analyzing, and adjusting determinates of profitability, and thorough critical thinking and problem-solving, including the ability to deal with ambiguity. Kevin is a loyal, team player with a high standard of integrity.
