Ryan Glancy started his career at Champion Electric Inc. in 2005 and has held several positions throughout Estimating and Project Management. Through his experience, he has become extremely knowledgeable in numerous computer programs, has gained extensive familiarity with materials and tools, and has formed solid professional relationships with Champion’s vendors and subcontractors. Ryan uses his take charge attitude to negotiate pricing to meet budget needs, coordinates delivery schedules with vendors and the field, and ensures the needs of the company are met. He recently received a Certificate in Purchasing and a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from UCR.
In addition to his Purchasing duties, he maintains Champion’s fleet of vehicles and equipment, manages warehouse operations, and is responsible for building maintenance. Ryan excels at problem solving and critical thinking which allow all employees to have suitable tools, equipment, and work environment to perform their tasks. His team player, positive attitude motivates his coworkers and his dependability has proved to be invaluable to the company.
